RETS runs this course as follows:

Online - via the RETS E-Learning Campus - click on the link to apply and get started.

Once started you will have access to a RETS tutor who can help and assist as required.

Face to Face - Contact us for a quote to run it in house.

If you apply for RPL RETS will organise an assessor to contact you to assist you in completing your RPL assessment. Any units you need to complete will be sent to you to complete. You will be designated a tutor, so if at any time you encounter difficulties you can access help and advise.

Students completing the Licence units of competency will be given 12 months to complete this course. If you don't complete within the 12 months, students can purchase monthly extensions up to 6 months at $110 (incl GST)  per month.

Online - $1875 - including the RPL asessment.

Monthly Extension fee (if required) - $110/month.

Your assessor will mark your assessments and provide feedback, online,  as you go. There is a maximum 10 to 14 day turn around for all marking. Our assessors try to assess your work faster than this and you may find your work is being assessed every few days.

RETS has a Student Support team that you can contact via the RET eCampus, via email or on the phone. You can also organise to speak to a Trainer/Assessor to assist with your learning if required.

Upon successful completion of the entire course you will receive a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice which is a nationally recognised qualification.
